2K Industrial Marking HB

Application

The 2K Industrial Marking HB is ideal for lines, surfaces and symbols (VZ) in indoor areas with heavy traffic (forklift traffic) and which must be able to withstand being driven over very quickly.

Suitable substrates: Bituminous substrates* (mastic asphalt, asphalt concrete), concrete and cement-bound substrates.

* Large-scale application on asphalt surfaces in indoor areas is not recommended, as stress-related cracking may occur.

(23°C, 60% relative humidity)
Hardening time: approx. 60 minutes
Can be painted over: after approx. 2 hours
Walkable: after approx. 5 hours
Suitable for forklift traffic: after 12 hours

The drying time depends on the wet film thickness, temperature, humidity and the material and ceiling temperature. Only open the roadways to traffic after the contractor has checked that they are completely dry.

Spreading rate

Actual consumption depends on the applied layer thickness, the application method and the nature of the substrate.
