ISO-TLR Door Lacquer Rapid

Application

On new substrates and on old coatings, wood (any interior wood and wood-based materials), doors and zinc sheet surfaces, hard PVC and Formica surfaces without additional primer.

Product properties

Excellent, immediately recognisable flow, and very good also with thin layers. Highly scratch/abrasion resistant, DIN EN-71-3 (2019) compliant and resistant against many commercial domestic cleaning agents. DIN 53160 compliant test certificate available, resistant to saliva and sweat. Long open time: Dust-dry in one hour (at 23° C and 60% relative humidity). Isolates wood component. Isolates water-soluble dyes in old veneer adhesives, in combination with ISO painter’s undercoat lacquer. Blocks penetration of wax, tar, smoke, soot and grease stains, isolates nicotine residues and dried water stains. Highly resistant to caking, 2 coatings per day possible, no yellowing. Excellent coverage, stable gloss, very good edge cover and substrate adhesion.

Dust-dry: after 1 hour. May be painted over: ca. 4-6 hours. Fully resilient: after ca. 2-3 days. These figures may vary considerably, depending on temperature and humidity.

Type of application

Brushing: Use a brush with plastic bristles for painting. Rolling: Use a micropore roller. Spraying: Dilute with up to 10% water, max. wet film thickness 200 µ. For more details see Technical Datasheet.

White ca. RAL 9016. Miscible with the tinting machine Jansen MIX.
