Application

New and reparation coatings, exterior, on wooden boarding (wooden cladding), fences, pergolas etc. Impregnating Varnish is particularly suitable for open-pored coatings on not accurately dimensioned woodwork.

Product properties

Excellent penetration, low odour, light-fast, UV stable (except colourless), with film protection against algae and fungal attack. Impregnating Varnish penetrates well into the substrate, is ventilating and weather-resistant.

Dust-dry: after 4 hours (rough wood); Re-coatable: after ca. 16 hours; Through-dried: after 24 hours.

Type of application

Brush, spray. Can also be dipped, followed by touching up with a brush.

Shade

Colourless (*), Old Pine, Pine, Ash, Light oak, Teak, Mahogany, Dark oak, Walnut, Rosewood, White. *Due to the missing colour pigments, Impregnating Varnish colourless should only be applied in conjunction with a coloured varnish, otherwise no UV protection is possible.
