Aqua PUR Parquet and Wood Sealer

Application

For new and renovation coatings of parquet and wooden floors in living areas with normal stress, for interior wooden components such as wooden ceilings and panels, doors, shelves, furniture.

Product properties

Odourless, highly abrasion resistant, very hard wearing, good resistance to water, resistant to wear under cleaning. Aqua PUR Parquet and Wood Sealer for use in living areas. Coating resistant to artificial saliva and sweat pursuant to DIN 53160 Part 1 and 2. Single component.

Drying

(23°C 60% rel. humidity)
Dust-dry after 30 minutes. Re-coatable after 2 to 4 hours. Fully dry after 12 hours. Full resilience: after 3 days. First wet cleaning and laying of carpets after 5 days.

Spreading rate

Ca. 10 m²/l per coat

Type of application

Brushing: Use a brush with plastic bristles. Rolling: Use short pile rollers. Apply deftly. Avoid re-starts. Do not spread too thin. Dilute with additional 5% water for spraying and roller application. Do not use organic solvents. Spraying with compressed air: Pressure: 3 – 4 bar; nozzle: 1.2 – 1.4; added water: max. 5%.
