We attach great importance to professional qualifications and training. Developing our own young talent. This is our aspiration. Jansen is one of the few employers in the region to provide apprenticeship training positions for Industrial Clerk (m/f), Chemical Technician (m/f) and Paints and Coatings Laboratory Technician (m/f).
The trainee quota consistently exceeds 10% and the success of training, based on final grades, is far above average. The topic of training is of paramount importance to us in terms of dialogue with the neighbourhood.
